We are looking for an experienced and talented Team Manager to join our Client Success team and manage our large accounts.

The Client Success team provides strategic business support to our clients that are influential multinational groups such as Carrefour, Best Buy, Galeries Lafayette, Le Groupe Auchan, El Corte Ingles.

The Client Success Consultants help our clients at every stage of the marketplace journey, from the project/implementation phase until the client is live, and up and running.

Their main objectives are to share marketplace best-practices, ensure the best adoption of the model, advice on the strategy to adopt, help on building marketplace processes, tools and set up action plans to grow their Marketplace GMV once live.

With a growing number of clients and the importance for Mirakl to grow at scale, we have created segments to better address our different clients: large, medium and small accounts.


The Team Manager will play a critical role among the Client Success team managing Mirakl’s large accounts. His/her main missions will be to:

Requirements

The ideal candidate:

Graduated a Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing or Finance

Has 7+ years of experience, ideally in E-commerce (ideally in a Marketplace), OR Management Consulting

Has a prior experience in managing large teams

Has strong communication and presentation skills

Is a highly business-driven individual with strong analytical thinking who thrives in fast-paced dynamic environments

Speaks English fluently – any additional language will be a great asset in a context of international expansion!
