We are looking for a talented Business Analyst to join our Client Success team.
The first part of the job will comprise of a 'presales' element where the business analyst will be responsible for carrying out strategic studies for the biggest retailers, demonstrating the opportunity of launching a Marketplace to grow their online revenue. This will include visiting selected prospect companies on site, to deliver workshops, based on Marketplace best practice and knowledge.
With a deep understanding of the Marketplace Model, the business analyst will be able to rapidly grasp very different markets and company business models. He/she will collect and analyze the relevant market data/information, to help companies define their strategic positioning, financial model, and will set up both sharp Marketplace business cases and business plans.
The second part of the role will include forecasting the long-term GMV of our clients', together with providing indepth analysis (market research/benchmarks), for them, working in partnership with the client success team.
The business analyst will be responsible for presenting monthly GMV results from our clients, analysing gaps per team and ensuring that further action within the client success team is taken.
The Business Analyst will be able to interact with senior stakeholders both internal and external and provide them the most adapted recommendations. He/she should feel comfortable thriving in a fast-paced environment and working on different business challenges.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Graduated a Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing or Finance
- 2+ years of experience ideally in Strategy Consulting or Finance
- Knowledge/experience in e-commerce
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Strong powerpoint and excel skills (formulas, pivot tables)
- A deep understanding of very different markets and company business models.
- English fluency – any additional language will be a great asset in a context of international expansion!
