We are looking for an experienced and talented Senior Client Success Consultant to join our Client Success team.
The Client Success Team provides strategic business support to our clients that are influential multinational groups such as Carrefour, Best Buy, Galeries Lafayette, Walmart, El Corte Ingles.
The Sr Client Success Consultant will be in contact with newly signed Mirakl clients starting their project phase. He/she accompany them to define the most adapted Marketplace model and strategy for their business, conduct change among their organization and ensure a successful launch.
To achieve this objective, the Sr Client Success Consultant will conduct tailored workshops for our clients' key business owners - mainly C-level - and will help them:
- understand the Marketplace model and key success factors
- define the right organization and anticipate the impact on the existing organization
- set up an adapted seller strategy and management methods
- set up a sharp commercial action plan: prioritized product categories, number of sellers, timing, etc.
- implement the right KPIs to drive efficiently the Marketplace activity
Before starting the workshops, he/she will have to grasp our clients' vision and main challenges to adapt the workshops' content/approach and understand their organization to make sure all the right people will be participating.
After the workshops, he/she will set up regular contacts with our clients' main point of contact and make sure the project stays on track until the "Go live". He/she will collaborate with other members of the Mirakl team to have the global vision, both Business and IT, and raise any problem/concern if needed.
He/She will be able to adapt to very different companies cultures and create solid business relationship with stakeholders at our clients’, who sometimes will have to be challenged and convinced.
The Client Success Consultant will possess an entrepreneur spirit and aim at contributing significantly to Mirakl’s growth.
The ideal candidate:
- Graduated a Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing or Finance
- Has 5+ years of experience, ideally in a Marketplace, Sales or Account Management or Consulting
- Has strong communication and presentation skills
- Is a highly business-driven individual with strong analytical thinking who thrives in fast-paced dynamic environments
- Speaks English fluently – any additional language will be a great asset in a context of international expansion!
