We are looking for an experienced and talented Strategic Account Manager to join our Client Success team.

The Client Success Team provides strategic business support to our clients who are influential multinational groups such as Carrefour, Best Buy, Galeries Lafayette, Le Groupe Auchan, and El Corte Ingles etc.

The Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for a part of this international portfolio and will be focused on driving success and growth.

He/She will create solid business relationship with senior stakeholders at our clients’ and advise them on the best solutions for growing their revenue.

He/She will be responsible for defining the relevant KPIs for his/her clients and monitor them. He/she will be responsible for analysing clients’ marketplace performance, carrying out business reviews and producing action plans with his/her clients’ to help them grow.

To set up relevant action plans, he/she will have to consider many growth levers:

>Optimize the seller and product strategy: seller profiles, seller selection, product priorities, etc.

> Improve the operational efficiency of the team

> Identify and introduce the right partners that can bring value to the Marketplace: Agregators, Databases, Logistic partners...

> Make sure the user experience is optimized on the site: Marketplace offers visibility, seller visibility, order process and checkout, etc.

> Integrate Marketplace products into Marketing campaigns of the clients’ site: newsletters, homepage, banners, etc.

> Share case studies/data/studies that can be useful to the client and to promote the Marketplace internally

He/She will also display leadership and sales qualities identifying his/her clients’ needs and selling the right services and level of support to them.

The Strategic Account Manager will possess an entrepreneur spirit and aim at contributing significantly to Mirakl’s growth.
