The Client Success team provides strategic and business support to our clients that are influential multinational groups such as Carrefour, Walmart, Best Buy, Darty, Galeries Lafayette, Conforama, Auchan, etc


RESPONSIBILITIES

As we continue to expand UK and Nordic operations, we are looking for a high energy, organised, team oriented Senior Client Success Consultant to fill a permanent position on our Client Success team. Armed with strong business expertise and communication skills, the Senior Client Success Consultant will accompany and support Mirakl clients as they define and execute their marketplace model and strategy.

The Senior Client Success Consultant will be the strategic and business referent for newly signed Mirakl clients during their project and run phases.

During the project phase, the Senior Client Success Consultant will:

 conduct tailored workshops for our clients' key business owners - mainly C- level – to prepare for their successful Marketplace launch

 grasp our clients' vision and main challenges to adapt the workshops content/approach and understand their organisation to make sure all the right people will be participating

 help our clients understand the Marketplace model and key success factors, define the right organisation and anticipate the impact on the existing organisation

 work closely with our clients to set up a sharp commercial action plan and implement the right KPIs to drive efficiently the Marketplace activity

 train our clients in the use and optimisation of the platform and onboarding process

 set up regular contacts with our clients' main point of contact and make sure the project stays on track until the "Go live"

 collaborate with other members of the Mirakl team to have the global vision, both Business and IT, and raise any problem/concern if needed.

During the run phase (once the Marketplace has been launched), the Senior Client Success Consultant will:

 build personalised action plans with every client and follow their implementation

 define and analyse the right KPIs to boost his/her clients’ performance

 set up an adapted product and seller strategy: seller selection and profiles, product priorities, etc.

 provide relevant strategic and functional recommendations and growth drivers to the Marketplace teams and C-levels

 share case studies and data that can be useful to the client

 analyse new e-commerce trends and do benchmarks on the leading Marketplaces in the world

He/she will be able to adapt to very different company cultures and create solid business relationship with stakeholders at our clients’, who sometimes will have to be challenged and convinced.

The Client Success Consultant will possess an entrepreneurial spirit and aim at contributing significantly to Mirakl’s growth


Requirements


 Has 5+ years of experience, ideally in a Marketplace, Ecommerce, Consulting or Account Management

 Is dynamic, autonomous, pro-active, pays attention to detail and loves challenges

 Has excellent communication and presentation skills

 Has strong client-facing and project management skills

 Is a highly business-driven individual with strong analytical skills who thrives in fast-paced dynamic environments

 Speaks English fluently, and ability to speak a Nordic language or French would be a great asset
