Mirakl has grown its headcount by 200% in the past two years and will continue to bring onboard the best and brightest in 2019 and beyond. By 2020, Gartner predicts that over 50% of all online sellers will adopt marketplaces or include third-party sales in their eCommerce ecosystems. To support this rapid adoption of the marketplace model and further accelerate our growth, Mirakl is looking for a Legal Counsel. The role will be based in our Paris HQ.


Reporting directly to the legal manager, your key responsibilities include:

- Negotiate and draft commercial transactions (SaaS agreement, NDA...) and administrate existing agreements.

- Assist in resolving legal matters, including contract interpretations and third party disputes

- Keep up to date on legal activities by reading legal press

- Report on daily activity to identify process optimization opportunities


The successful candidate will need to show great interest in Mirakl and his product, and he is able to demonstrate the following:

- Master's degree in Contract Law , Information Technology or Intellectual Property law

- 3+ years of experience, included experience in negotiating contracts

- Experience in the tech or software industry will be highly valued

- Fluent in English, ability to negotiate commercial deals in English

- Resourceful, thrives in a fast-paced and metrics-driven environment

- Strong curiosity, excellent communication and influential skills
