Mirakl has grown its headcount by 200% in the past two years and will continue to bring onboard the best and brightest in 2019 and beyond. By 2020, Gartner predicts that over 50% of all online sellers will adopt marketplaces or include third-party sales in their eCommerce ecosystems. To support this rapid adoption of the marketplace model and further accelerate our growth, Mirakl is looking for a Head of our Client Success team.


Our Sales Team is tasked with one of the most challenging objectives within the organization - get Fortune 1000 companies to sign on with a disruptive technology and launch a marketplace through Mirakl. In order to achieve this, the Sales Team must work in a consultative manner using innovative sales tactics to build a vision and sell a business strategy to our prospects. Strategic Sales Executives are versatile, intelligent, convincing, and novel in their approach to the sales cycle. They spend their days problem-solving and finding unique ways to position the Mirakl Marketplace as a way to alleviate complex commerce-related pain points. The core responsibilities for the Strategic Sales Executive include:

  • Defining a sales strategy to meet quarterly objectives set by the Management Team
  • Identifying new business opportunities and targeting appropriate contacts
  • Establishing solid relationships with key stakeholders at the highest levels of an organization, particularly within the VP, EVP, and C-suite
  • Managing and leading the full sales process from contact to closing
  • Managing time and territory to maximize velocity and penetration with businesses
  • Contributing to developing Mirakl’s network and public visibility to expand it's reach in the marketplace
  • Effectively managing prospect/client expectations


  • 7+ years experience in a closing role selling eCommerce products into the B2B and B2C sectors
  • Strong track record of engaging with the C-suite with meaningful pitches
  • Demonstrable record of exceeding quotas and managing complex sales processes
  • Ability to successfully pitch a disruptive technology with Fortune 500 clients
